End User License Agreement

1. License grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Crew Bonus application (the "App") for the internal business purposes of Bonn Window and Door. The App is licensed, not sold. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

2. Accounts and access

Access is invite-only. Accounts are created by an administrator, and each user is responsible for keeping their credentials confidential and for all activity under their account. Administrators may create, modify, or remove accounts at any time. Notify us promptly of any suspected unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• share account credentials or allow access by anyone not authorized by an administrator;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the App;
• use the App to store or transmit unlawful, infringing, or malicious content;
• interfere with, probe, or disrupt the App, its infrastructure, or connected services;
• use automated means to extract data beyond the features the App provides.

4. QuickBooks Online connection

An administrator may connect a QuickBooks Online company to the App. When connected, the App reads invoice, invoice line item, customer name, and company information solely to match an invoice to a job and calculate labor revenue for bonus purposes. The App does not create, modify, or delete data in your QuickBooks company. Your use of QuickBooks Online remains governed by your agreement with Intuit. An administrator can disconnect the company at any time from the Admin page, which revokes the App's access and deletes the stored connection.

5. Your data

You retain ownership of the job, crew, and payroll-related data you enter. We process it to operate the App as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter and for any pay decisions you make based on the App's calculations.

6. No warranty

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its calculations are suitable for any particular payroll, tax, or legal requirement.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the App. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the App will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

8. Termination

This license terminates automatically if you breach it, and may be terminated by us or by an administrator at any time. On termination, your right to access the App ends. Sections 5 through 9 survive termination.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update this agreement; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. This agreement is governed by the laws of the state in which Bonn Window and Door is organized, without regard to conflict of law rules.
